Though I am trained and qualified to help you heal in all challenges that you experience, I tend to focus on healing people from relationship issues, confidence, self-esteem, and body image issues, PMS and PMDD, and financial stress/anxiety and money blocks.
I myself have healed from each one of these issues through the magic of RTT. I bring empathy, experience, and knowledge with me to heal you from whatever you are experiencing. You don't have to feel this way anymore.


I’ve always had a fascination with relationships. From obsessing over magazine articles as a kid to reading peer reviewed journals and studies as a college student, to now reading anywhere from three to five psychology of relationship books at a time, I have consistently immersed myself in learning more and more about relationships, how they affect us, and our role in them.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in communication and my area of focus was interpersonal communication and relationships. I even took graduate level courses on the subject while still in undergrad. I loved this field of study so much that I went on to earn my master's degree in strategic communication.


Even though I loved learning about relationships, I struggled to have healthy relationships of my own. For a long time, I felt negative and toxic relationships followed me around. It seemed no matter what I did, I always ended up in toxic friendships, toxic romantic relationships, and toxic professional relationships. It wasn’t until I dealt with my own anxious-attachment issues that I began to heal from all the negative relationships that I’ve experienced. 

Now, I don't have to count myself lucky that I'm in a stable, loving relationship and have supportive friends. I don't have to count myself lucky because I did the work and I healed from the past. I know now that this is what I deserve.

Maybe you’ve been single for what feels like forever, and all you want is a romantic partnership.
Maybe you find yourself, time and time again, taken advantage of by "friends" or family members who don’t respect your boundaries.
Maybe your work environment is toxic and you have no idea how to get out of it.
Maybe you feel like no one understands you and your situation is hopeless, and you’re just better off alone.


I’ve been there. More times than I can count.  And I get it. I get you. And I can help.


I was always an overachiever, a perfectionist. But that didn’t mean that I was confident in myself. I didn’t believe in myself. From the outside, few could probably tell this was something I struggled with. That made it even harder because I found myself needing to live up to others' expectations.

If I got a good grade or got the job I wanted or was awarded a special achievement award, I had a really hard time accepting that I deserved it. It always felt like a fluke to be acknowledged.

RTT gave me the confidence I needed to leave my toxic job and as soon as I made that decision, I was offered a higher-ranking position with another organization and my salary more than doubled. Having confidence in yourself and making the decision that you deserve more is the ultimate power. Let me help you reignite that power in you.

I also know what it’s like to struggle with low-self esteem and your body image. Diet and fitness culture is everywhere and it can be completely toxic. You can feel absolutely fine about yourself and with one scroll on Instagram be a crying, panic-y mess because you’ll never look like they do. Listen, I get it. It affects more of us than you even realize. I’m here to help you finally love yourself for real, and help guide you throughout to fully accept yourself just as you are.


I suffered from life-ruining PMDD for more than a decade. I was misdiagnosed several times, told there was nothing that could be done, and given a number of different treatment plans.
I worked with specialists, therapists, naturopaths. Nothing worked. Until I found RTT.
It completely changed my life and is what inspired me to train in RTT myself.
Now I’m here today to give the same freedom to you.


RTT works to heal PMDD and PMS because those that suffer from these conditions tend to have a sensitivity to hormonal shifts. It's these precise shifts and sensitivities combined that allows unhealed wounds, past traumas, and feelings we never dealt with to come to the surface. When you don't know any better, it seems these whirlwind feelings are stemming from present-day issues and sometimes it seems they are stemming from absolutely nothing at all. Neither is the case.

These wounds and traumas become triggered by our normal, every day life. This is because we haven't healed the painful feelings that linger from our past. People who suffer from PMDD also tend to be highly sensitive people and/or empaths. That, of course, only magnifies what they are feeling during their menstrual cycle. 

You don't deserve to feel this way every single month. And freedom can be yours.

This is where it gets vibe-y.


For the longest time, I held the belief that I had to run myself into the ground in order to earn enough money to just barely squeak by. Money was a giant, stressful struggle.

Even as I held these beliefs about myself and my ability to earn money, I still instinctively knew how to bring in money. I’m sure you’re thinking: “That makes no sense.” But it does, because prior to practicing RTT, I worked professionally in fundraising for various nonprofits. I was extremely successful at raising millions of dollars for the organizations that I worked for.

Though I struggled to make a living myself, I still ultimately held the ability to bring in an abundance of money. The problem was, I no longer believed it was easy to do for my own finances. I've since healed my negative beliefs around money and would love to give you that same freedom. Freedom from constantly feeling anxious about your financial situation. 

If you’re having trouble receiving money or opportunities (or anything else), struggle with keeping money, feeling like you get paid only to pay your bills, or feel any type of stress, fear, or anxiety around money, I’m here to help you. 

Interestingly enough, our negative beliefs around money tend to stem from negative beliefs we hold about ourselves and often have nothing to do with money. For example, if you are not confident in your own abilities, this will bleed over into what we call your "money story." If you are not confident in yourself, how then, do you expect your boss or your clients to be confident in you? As a result of not being confident in yourself, you don't receive the money that you so very much deserve. 

I find many of my clients have the belief that they are not worthy of receiving. This belief can stem from a childhood experience where one did not feel worthy of receiving love or any other physiological needs. Again, this belief bleeds over into your "money story." If you feel intrinsically that you are not worthy of receiving what it is you need (money, love, etc.), then you won't receive it. These are just examples of what I have found to be very common money stories among my clients. Through RTT with me, we will uncover what your negative belief is that crafted your money story; we will interrupt that belief and then heal it, once and for all.


Not only will I guide you to heal whatever is holding you back, I will also give you tangible tools to receive more than you could ever have imagined, feel like saving money is effortless, and then help you get comfortable with actually keeping the money to do all the things you want to do.

Abundance doesn’t just come through money, though, it comes through in a lot of ways. Through people entering your life that wind up helping you in ways you didn’t even know you needed and through opportunities being presented to you that you would’ve never even imagined possible. 

The universe is already working in your favor. Look at it this way: you need help with your money struggle, and here you are now reading this. I am here to help you. This is your sign. Right here, right now.
